The Rules You have 21 days (or less) to ride your motorcycle (or trike) to these Four Corner cities of the United States; San Ysidro, CA; Blaine, WA; Madawaska, ME; and Key West, FL using any route and sequence you desire. You do not have to return to the first corner to finish the event. The ride is approximately 7000 miles (depending on your route), not including your travel to the first corner and your ride home from your final corner. The Ride March 2012 – I hope to get the motorcycle out of Winter (ug) storage this week. My next big solo trip: The USA Four Corners Challenge. Roughly 10,000 miles within 21 days. I’m thinking June… June 1, 2012 – T Minus 72-hours June 7, 2012 – First Corner of the US out of Four… Done! Key West, FL – 1,795 Miles June 12, 2012 – Leaving the hotel; done catching up with work. Corner #2 -San Ysidro, CA- Here I come! June 12, 2012 – Second Corner of the US…Done! San Ysidro, CA – 4,961 Miles June 15, 2012 – Should make it to US corner number three in a couple hours – Blaine, WA 🙂 June 15, 2012 – Third corner of the US…Done! Blaine, WA – 6,539 Miles June 19, 2012 – Entering Canada to get to Corner Number Four at the top of Maine (Madawaska, ME) by Thursday afternoon. Between now and then my phone will be turned off: No… calls, texting, email, data access, etc. I’ll try to check Email & Facebook messaging by WiFi once or twice a day. ay?
